SECURED LOG-IN
NextMD is a secure, password protected patient portal service. It allows you to view your records and to contact our office about non-urgent questions through a secure web portal at your convenience. You must have a valid email address on file with us to enroll in the portal. If you would like to enroll, simply call our office, verify your email address and we will give you a temporary user name and password. When you receive an email indicating your enrollment is complete, you can follow the link in the email, sign in with the temporary credentials, reset your user name and password. If you change your address or email you will need to update your new information in the patient portal when you give us the new information to update in our system.
To view your records, from the HOME page hover over the MY CHARTS tab at the top, click on Request Health Record and then submit. You will receive your health record in the patient portal within 24 hours. An email will alert you when your record is received or if we have sent you a message through the portal. If you have difficulty logging into your portal account after you have changed your user name and password, go to the portal site and click on Need help with your user name and password? Be aware that you must enter your name as it is entered in our system.

Preparation for your appointment
We now provide the opportunity for on line registration When you make an appointment we will ask for your mobile phone number and/or e-mail address too. You will get a text message to your cell phone a few days prior to your upcoming appointment as a reminder. This text message will also include a link to PHREESIA, our on line patient registration system which helps reduce your waiting time on the day of your appointment. An e-mail will be sent with the link as well. When you click on the link, you will be taken to our secure site where you can enter or update your personal information, preferred method of contact, insurance and credit card information, emergency contact information, as well as medical information. This can all be done from the comfort of your home and your progress saved so you do not have to complete everything an one session.
